I got my CADL back! I was in a situation where I needed to drive for work, but I couldn't get my license because of fines. I kept getting cited and prosecuted over and over for not having a license, but I needed the license to work and pay fines. Mr. Owens was able to pause the prosecution and get me time to get my license back. Now I have a license and the cases were dismissed. I can drive without worrying about my car being taken.
